1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms regulate the conditions of purchase and sale of goods between the online store (hereinafter – Seller) and the buyer (hereinafter – Buyer).
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to update the terms at any time. The new version of the terms takes effect from the date of its publication in the online store.
2. Formation of the Purchase–Sale Agreement
2.1. The purchase–sale agreement is considered concluded at the moment when the Buyer, having created a shopping cart and provided all necessary information, clicks the “Pay” button.
2.2. An order confirmation is sent to the Buyer via email. This confirmation is considered proof of the agreement.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All product prices are indicated in euros including VAT.
3.2. A delivery fee may be added to the final amount.
3.3. Payment can be made via electronic banking, payment cards, or other methods specified by the Seller.
3.4. If the Buyer does not pay within 2 business days, the Seller has the right to cancel the order.
4. Delivery of Goods
4.1. The Buyer must provide accurate delivery information when placing an order.
4.2. Goods are delivered within 3 business days from receipt of payment, unless otherwise specified.
Note: Delivery may take longer during holiday periods due to higher order volumes or courier service workload.
4.3. If the Buyer is unable to personally receive the goods but they are delivered to the specified address, the goods are considered properly delivered.
4.4. The Buyer agrees to check the condition of the shipment and goods upon delivery.
5. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods according to the procedure established by the Seller.
5.2. The Buyer agrees to pay for and accept the goods.
5.3. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information and agrees to cover any additional costs resulting from incorrect data.
5.4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods by notifying the Seller via email or phone.
6. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
6.1. The Seller has the right to change, suspend, or terminate the operation of the online store without prior notice.
6.2. The Seller agrees to deliver goods according to the order terms.
6.3. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller may terminate the agreement and refund the payment within 3 business days.
7. Returns and Exchanges
7.1. Goods can be returned within 14 calendar days from receipt.
7.2. Returned goods must be:
In original and tidy packaging (except for defective goods),
Undamaged and unused,
Retain their commercial appearance,
Complete as originally received.
7.3. The Seller has the right to refuse acceptance of returned goods if return conditions are not met.
7.4. Returns of goods of proper quality are carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code.
7.5. Refunds for returned goods will be made within 5–7 business days of receipt.
7.6. If the payment was made using a coupon, the coupon will be refunded. Gift coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Product Quality and Warranty
8.1. All product characteristics are specified in their description.
8.2. The Seller is not responsible if the color, shape, or size of the goods differs slightly from reality due to the Buyer’s device characteristics.
8.3. Warranty does not apply if defects arose due to the Buyer’s fault, improper use, or natural wear and tear.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. All disputes between the Buyer and Seller shall be resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached – in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.3. The parties are exempt from liability for non-compliance with the terms if prevented by force majeure.
