1. General Provisions
1.1. These rules define the delivery terms, available methods, pricing, and liability for lost or damaged shipments.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these delivery rules.
2. Delivery Methods
2.1. Products are delivered using the following methods:
Omniva, Venipak, LP Express, and DPD parcel terminals;
DPD courier – directly to the address provided by the Buyer;
3. Delivery Timeframes
3.1. Products are delivered within 3 business days from the payment confirmation, unless stated otherwise.
3.2. During holiday periods, due to increased order volume or courier service delays, delivery may take slightly longer.
3.3. If there is a delay, the Buyer will be informed via email or phone.
4. Delivery Fees
4.1. The delivery fee depends on the chosen delivery method and is indicated at checkout.
4.2. In certain cases (e.g., promotions or special offers), delivery may be free – this will be clearly specified next to the product or during checkout.
5. Responsibility
5.1. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If the delivery fails due to incorrect information, the Buyer assumes full responsibility.
5.2. If the Buyer is unable to personally accept the goods but they are delivered to the provided address, the delivery is considered successful.
5.3. Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer must immediately inspect the package. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported to the courier or parcel terminal provider and the Seller without delay.
5.4. The Seller is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party delivery services (e.g., couriers or parcel terminals) but commits to assisting in resolving such issues.
